Editing/tracing/repurposing/claiming any artwork created by @ZombieBiscuits is strictly prohibited and not allowed.
Clients ARE NOT allowed to use any artwork provided in any Artificial Intelligence Image Database or Program. It CANNOT be used or repurposed into an NFT. YOU MUST have A front facing Half-Full body reference before I will agree to the commission unless a design fee is paid in addition.PAYMENTS
Payment has to be made to reserve a commission slot.
A base payment of at least 20%-50% must be made at the start of the commission
Payment May be made Via Paypal
The other part of the model payment will be due on delivery day, I will notify a week in advance.
If you are looking for a payment plan the most I will brake up payments into is a 3 part!!!
REVISIONS
Revisions will be available on the sketch up till I start the final render, Color changes, extra addons, and minor adjustments will always be available.
Major Revisions on rigs will be available up to 3 times!.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
the end of the 30 days-4 months that I have to finish that current batch of commissions
The artwork will be delivered via Email/Discord, whichever is more applicable to the client
Please make sure to discuss at least a week in advance a date for me to help with Vtube Studio Set up!!! So you can make the most of your model
USE
All my Commissions include Commercial and Monetization rights as long as I @ZombieBiscuit remain credited as the artist
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artist retains all rights to all artwork and process work created by the artist in the commission process unless the client buys out the work entirely.
The artist retains the right to display any work created in their portfolio regardless of rights purchased. This may include personal websites, gallery sites, artist ally, social media, streaming while working, etc.
REFUNDS
Refunds are permitted only under the conditions that:
I am unable to complete your commission OR Commission has not been started.
